Fantoche at the Fumetto in the Bourbaki Panorama

Panoramas are considered a milestone in the creation of virtual worlds. Up until today the appearance of new technologies keep our fascination for optical illusions awake – may they be analog or digital.  

The International Animation Film Festival of Baden, Fantoche, has selected four exceptional movies. These movies have been produced with different techniques, covering various themes with contrasting narrative approaches. We are looking forward on presenting these movies in the Bourbaki Panorama during the Fumetto Comix Festival 2019 and as an event matching our chosen theme for the year 2019 "illusions".   

Oasis Animation - or simply a Fata Morgana? The movies evolve around the themes of truth, fiction, reality and illusion.
